Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a London Account Manager involves managing and growing relationships with key accounts across London. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
- Supporting customers with product knowledge
- Overseeing account performance
- Ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, providing feedback and insights about the market, and managing East London's own portfolio as well as our third-party range. Regular travel across London and occasional remote work are integral to this position.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service expertise
- Knowledge of the beverage and spirits industry
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
- Experience in business development or a similar role is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in tools like CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Flexibility to travel across London and the rest of the UK as needed
