Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of strategic clients, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and guiding them through their digital transformation journey. With a consultative and insight-led approach, you’ll identify growth opportunities, drive cloud adoption, and deliver measurable impact across efficiency, profitability, and client service. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about helping law firms modernize and accelerate their transition from on-premises to cloud.

Working cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, you’ll craft tailored strategies that align to each client’s business goals. Success in this role means exceptional retention, account growth, and driving the modernization of the legal industry through innovation and technology.

Work Arrangement: Remote

This role requires the individual to be based in UK Time Zone (GMT/BST)

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain deep, trusted relationships with a portfolio of law firm and corporate legal clients, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic partner.
  • Drive account growth by uncovering and executing against upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client goals, operational challenges, and evolving business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date account planning records within the CRM against all accounts assigned as well as generated opportunities; forecasting accurately the close dates and next steps for sales pipeline.
  • Proactively manage the customer lifecycle by addressing inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage customer health data and engagement trends to identify at-risk accounts early and develop proactive retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to design and deliver compelling value propositions, tailored demonstrations, and ROI-driven proposals.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and long-term product utilization across multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Solutions teams to influence roadmap priorities and ensure customer requirements are reflected in future releases.
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally, representing client perspectives in decision-making forums and championing continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Educate customers on best practices, new functionality, and industry trends to help them maximize value from our solutions and position the company as a trusted thought leader.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales within SaaS, Legal Tech, or Professional Services.
  • Proven success managing enterprise or strategic accounts, with a track record of exceeding retention and growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and experience leading clients through on-premises to cloud transitions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate customer goals into actionable account strategies.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally across Product, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and experience managing renewals, forecasts, and pipeline in complex sales environments.
  • Ability to travel up 25–50% as business needs require
  • Role requires the following physical capacity: Moderate: 20–50 lbs – frequent lifting, bending, or standing
