About the Company
Our client is a growing property services business that supports estate agents, brokers, and other property professionals across England and Wales.
The company helps its partners keep property transactions moving through proactive support, trusted third-party services, and clear communication, making the moving process faster, smoother, and less stressful.
As the client base continues to grow, the business is looking for an additional Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, increase engagement, and create opportunities for long-term growth.
The Role
Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on helping clients grow and spotting opportunities others miss?
We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join the team. This is a commercially focused role where you'll be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships, maximising client retention, and driving revenue growth across an existing portfolio.
If you're motivated by building strong partnerships, retaining customers, and growing accounts, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of estate agency clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted business partner.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, challenges, and growth ambitions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase account value through additional services, increased usage, and strategic account development.
- Drive client retention by maintaining regular contact, conducting account reviews, and ensuring clients continue to see value from our partnership.
- Monitor account health and engagement levels, taking early action to strengthen relationships and reduce the risk of churn.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded and issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Create and deliver account plans that support both client success, retention, and commercial growth objectives.
- Gather client feedback and market insight to help shape future service improvements and business opportunities.
- Support the sales process by creating compelling success stories, case studies, testimonials, and recommendations that showcase our impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
