Role Description
The Account Manager role at HYPHEN is a full-time, hybrid position based ideally in Stokenchurch, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with agreed objectives. - Coordinating internal teams

- Overseeing campaign execution
- Monitoring performance against KPIs
The Account Manager will support strategic planning, contribute to proposals and presentations, and identify opportunities to grow accounts. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management or client services within an experiential or events agency.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and report on performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear briefs, proposals, and presentations.
- Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools.
- Experience working in hybrid environments and comfort balancing onsite and remote responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of brand storytelling, customer journeys, and integrated marketing campaigns is highly beneficial.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work for clients.
