With a strong presence in Europe and a subsidiary in the UK, we deliver innovative solutions in aerial work platforms (AWP), forklifts, mobile cranes, tower cranes, earthmoving equipment, and agricultural machinery.
Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to support the development and growth of our business across the UK region. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the achievement of regional sales objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening Zoomlion’s market presence by developing strong relationships with customers, promoting products and solutions, and supporting commercial activities across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit end customers and companies to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Establish, maintain, and regularly update customer records within the CRM/database system.
- Develop public relations activities and build reliable long-term partnerships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and follow up on sales orders.
- Collect and analyse project and market information to support sales development activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence and feedback.
- Develop and implement sales plans in line with regional business objectives and sales targets.
- Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects and support successful deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support financing processes and collection activities when required.
- Represent Zoomlion at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Provide regular sales activity and market reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development within construction, industrial machinery, or related industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects effectively.
- Good understanding of market analysis and competitor monitoring.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
