Evolve Partnership Opportunity with a Leading Healthcare Manufacturer
Evolve is partnering with a leading healthcare manufacturer renowned for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across aseptic, medical, and cleanroom environments. As an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse territory, build strong relationships with healthcare, pharmacy, veterinary, and cleanroom customers, and play a key role in driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys developing new opportunities, delivering value to customers, and making a tangible impact within a respected and growing organisation.
This is a full-time permanent position covering parts of the North, Midlands, and East Anglia territory.

Ideal Requirements for the Account Manager
- A successful track record in hospital sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and consistently deliver results.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, enabling you to recognise growth opportunities and drive success across a dynamic territory.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience developing trusted partnerships and quickly establishing credibility with customers.
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach, confident working independently, taking ownership of your territory, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager
- Drive growth and make a real impact by increasing product adoption, expanding market share, and identifying new business opportunities across your territory.
- Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and customers, developing long-term relationships that strengthen our reputation and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Take ownership of your territory strategy, creating effective business and journey plans that maximise customer engagement and support sustained commercial success.
- Become a product and market expert, confidently presenting solutions, understanding competitor activity, and providing valuable market insights that influence business decisions.
