Overview
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' needs are met while aligning with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
35000 - 50000 GBP Per annum
