Responsibilities:

Manage and grow 3 to 4 existing strategic enterprise accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets (split is 30/40% account management (circa £3M-£4M in value), 60/70% new logo acquisition), delivering circa £600K-£700K ACV in new revenue streams for the first year.

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on client retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across client organisations, including C-suite executives and business leaders.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts through a land-and-expand approach.
  • Work with order values that can range in size from £500K to £2M+ TCV and sales cycles of 3 to 9 months.
  • Partner with cross-functional and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client business objectives and align Systems UKI capabilities to address their evolving needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and strengthen Systems UKI market position.
  • Drive client engagement and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and overall account health.
  • Expanding footprint in their largest accounts, building long-term sustainable revenue streams.
  • Winning new customers with Cloud, Data, Security and Managed Service offerings.
  • Providing additional new business bandwidth in core industries (Retail, CPG, Healthcare).

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in the IT services and consulting industry sales
  • 5+ years of new business development/new logo hunting
  • 5+ years of experience in account management with C-level client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge about key “Enterprise” industries i.e Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Telco & BFS
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling technology services and solutions around the full Microsoft stack, including Data, Cloud, Quality Engineering (QA), Digital, and related offerings.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand client portfolios.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Location:

  • London/Home Counties (remote base but with extensive travel, including office meetings in Hammersmith and visits to Microsoft HQ in Paddington outside of the normal customer meetings that you will attend).

Preferred:

  • Experience working with global delivery models and offshore teams.
  • Strong background in IT services, consulting, and digital transformation engagements.
  • Worked with other major vendor/platforms across their partner base (IBM/AWS/Google/Salesforce/Oracle etc).

Package:

  • £100K to £120K base, 30% uncapped OTE & full benefits (Pension/Health/Dental/Gym/life etc)
