The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with clients in order to understand their objectives. This candidate will be able to provide creative solutions and deliver these solutions using strong presentation skills.

Job Type: Freelancer Contract.

Location: Osterley-LONDON

ROLE: Account Manager/Director.

Responsibilities

Job Description: Summary:

The Account Manager will own the end to end strategic relationships with a portfolio of key suppliers that work with the company or clients. They will ensure client/supplier satisfaction as well as grow the business and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of end to end strategic relationships with portfolio of key clients/suppliers
  • Building relationships with senior partners
  • Owner of commercial relationships and responsible for negotiation of pricing and contractual terms
  • Creation of strategic account plans and leading the cross functional account team on value driving initiatives
  • Resolve issues threatening the health of the business
  • Work with marketing on high impact programmes

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Able to work with various different business functions
  • Knowledge of customer base, industry and competition
  • Strong problem solving skills

Experience/Education:

  • Previous experience as a Relationship Manager/Account Manager or Business Development and Sales.
  • Knowledge of the industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, marketing or other relevant field
