Company Description

Lalizas is a family-owned lifesaving equipment manufacturer, committed since 1982 to producing high-quality products that enhance safety at sea and distributing them via a strong international network. The company maintains an extensive service and supply presence in more than 130 countries and manufactures many of the safety products it offers. Lalizas UK was established to strengthen this foundation, with a dedicated UK sales team and a warehouse based in Havant to provide faster product availability and improved customer support. The UK operation offers the full Lalizas portfolio, including Lalizas safety products, Nuova Rade, Ocean Fenders, Max Power, and Lofrans. Lalizas UK also distributes ACR Electronics and Comet, enabling customers to source a comprehensive package for their marine safety requirements from a single provider.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role based in Havant, with flexibility for some work from home as well as expense paid travel around the UK. The role involves managing existing customer accounts, building strong long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow sales across the full range of Lalizas UK products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
