Account Officer

An Account Officer manages financial transactions, maintains accurate records, ensures compliance, and supports client and organizational financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Record-Keeping: Account Officers are responsible for recording all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, payments, and expenses, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: They assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasting revenue and expenditure trends, and providing insights to management for informed decision-making.
