Account Operations & Farming Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Operations & Farming Specialist based in the United Kingdom.
This role sits at the intersection of IT Operations, account infrastructure, and media buying support in a fast-growing international environment. You’ll take ownership of account access, lifecycle management, subscriptions, and operational processes while supporting Media Buying teams. A key part of the position is building and developing Meta account farming infrastructure and ensuring accounts are prepared for effective use. You’ll work with suppliers, proxies, browser profiles, email, phone numbers, 2FA, verification, and recovery processes. The role also involves identifying account-quality issues, analyzing losses and blocks, and improving processes through automation. It’s a strong opportunity for a systematic and proactive specialist who enjoys solving operational challenges and building scalable infrastructure.
Accountabilities:
- Manage employee access, including account provisioning, access maintenance, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage user accounts, services, internal tools, subscriptions, licenses, and related operational resources.
- Provide IT Operations support to Media Buying teams, ensuring they have the accounts, tools, and infrastructure required to work effectively.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, account inventories, and current operational statuses.
- Build, manage, and continuously improve Meta account farming and account infrastructure processes.
- Prepare advertising accounts and related resources for Media Buying teams.
- Manage suppliers and account resources, including proxies, email addresses, phone numbers, 2FA, browser profiles, and recovery data.
- Handle account checkpoints, verification, recovery, and related troubleshooting processes.
- Monitor account quality and analyze the causes of account losses, restrictions, or blocks.
- Collaborate with Farm teams to share knowledge, adopt relevant expertise, and improve operational practices.
- Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and define requirements for automation.
- Contribute to a structured, scalable, and well-documented account operations environment.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Meta farming and/or advertising account infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of the advertising account lifecycle, from setup and preparation through ongoing management and recovery.
- Practical experience handling checkpoints, verification, and account recovery.
- Experience working with proxies, anti-detect or browser-profile solutions, email accounts, phone numbers, and 2FA.
- Experience managing suppliers or other account-related resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate issues and propose practical solutions.
- Highly systematic and detail-oriented when working with access permissions, accounts, operational resources, and data.
- Comfortable combining account-farming responsibilities with broader IT Operations tasks.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to create and maintain clear processes.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of problems rather than waiting for instructions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience building a farming or account infrastructure process from scratch.
- Experience with TikTok or Google account infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Airtable, n8n, Make, or comparable workflow and automation tools.
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or other automation technologies.
- Experience with Meta Developer tools, Business Verification, or App Review.
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing, media buying, or a similar performance-driven environment.
