Role: Account Coordinator / Junior Account Partner

Contract: 9 Months

Location: Bristol (Office Based)


We are currently recruiting for a Junior Account Coordinator / Account Manager to join a growing commercial team on a 9-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or client relationship management who is looking to develop their career.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of business customers.
  • Support customers with day-to-day account queries and provide excellent service.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information using CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports and track account activity using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support the rollout of new products, services, and promotional campaigns.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support, Business Development, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional level of English.

Desirable

  • Experience working within hospitality, restaurants, retail, e-commerce, or customer-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience managing or supporting business customer accounts.
