The Role

We are looking for a skilled Account Partner to drive sales and customer success for Veeva LIMS to emerging and established biotechnology companies.

This exciting, high-impact opportunity requires both experience selling QC-focused technology and an entrepreneurial mindset around bringing a new application to market within an established industry leader.

To be successful in this role, proactivity, strategic thinking, adaptability and working effectively within a growing team are critical. You also must exhibit a collaborative, team-first work style and growth mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be a foundational member of the Veeva LIMS sales organization and help establish the product as the go-to LIMS solution for biotechs.
  • Achieve team quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Understand and execute the sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate.
  • Understand Veeva LIMS and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategy.
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a relentless focus on customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience selling SaaS or consulting within life sciences
  • Experience selling new-to-market lab software
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Entrepreneurial instinct
  • Ability to generate new, influential executive relationships with QC, QA, and/or IT
  • Demonstrated success in a consultative sales role to C-Level executives

Nice to Have

  • Any other European languages, especially French and German
  • Preference for science background and/or lab software company experience.

    • A final conversation with our group's Senior Leader.
  5. Once all interviews are complete, the manager will be in touch with a final decision.
