Account Partner – Restaurant Partnerships (9-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Bristol (Majority Onsite)

Salary: £2,550 – £2,750 per month

Contract: 9 Months initially

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and helping businesses grow? We're looking for an Account Partner to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners for one of the world's leading technology and delivery platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping restaurant partners maximize their performance while contributing to the growth of an innovative global business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners, building long-term commercial relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing strategic advice and ongoing support.
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities to increase sales, engagement and platform adoption.
  • Resolve partner issues quickly and effectively while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Influence partners to adopt new products, services and marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal Operations, Marketing and Product teams to deliver the best outcomes for partners.
  • Maintain accurate account records using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • 40% Partner relationship management and business development.
  • 25% Data analysis, reporting and account planning.
  • 20% Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
  • 15% CRM updates, administration and process improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success or Operations.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
