Huntress Recruitment is working with a well-established organisation to recruit an Account Manager/Project Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing projects and finding practical solutions. While there is a commercial and business development element, this is not a traditional sales role — the focus is much more on managing customer relationships, coordinating projects and taking ownership from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
The role is predominantly home based, with regular travel to customer sites and meetings, giving you plenty of autonomy while still working closely with colleagues across the wider business.
What will you be doing?
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and industrial projects, acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout the process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
