Role Description

The Account Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Oldham. This position is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Understanding client objectives
  • Coordinating marketing activities with internal teams
  • Monitoring campaign performance
  • Communicating results and recommendations

The role involves:

  • Preparing reports
  • Organizing regular check-ins
  • Addressing client queries
  • Ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations and agreed goals

The Account Relationship Manager is also expected to:

  • Identify opportunities for account growth
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in marketing or agency environments, with a solid understanding of campaign planning, execution, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency with common marketing and reporting tools; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort working in an on-site team environment in Oldham, demonstrating collaboration, accountability, and adaptability.
  • Relevant experience in account management, customer success, or similar roles; a background in marketing, business, or communications is advantageous.
  • Commitment to transparent, ethical practices and delivering measurable results for clients.
