Account Sales Manager –- £40,000 to £48,000, OTE £6,000 – £8,000 –- West Midlands & South West, UK

The Role

Are you a driven and motivated individual with a passion for sales and a technical background? Do you have a proven track record in contractor/merchant sales and the ability to build lasting customer relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As an Account Sales Manager at Adveco Ltd., you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our market presence in the West Midlands & South West, (Area 1).

Your ability to strategically engage with key stakeholders, build a strong project pipeline, and maintain exceptional customer relationships will be central to achieving your targets and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work to a tailored Personal Strategy and Business Plan for your area.
  • Engaging with HVAC Contractors and Merchants.
  • Build the area pipeline with good quality, high value projects.
  • With our Marketing department spread brand and product awareness, including social media.
  • Work as part of a Team including Sales, Applications and Operations.
  • Use the full company support network to promote excellent customer service.
  • Efficiently use the company CRM system to manage projects, customers, forecasting and day to day activities.

The Person

  • A strong understanding and experience of commercial HVAC Route to market.
  • A confident, keen, and individually motivated self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to effectively manage one’s own time and tasks, and those of a wider team.
  • Good I.T. Skills with common applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Account and pipeline management experience using a CRM system.
  • Strong Presentation Skills.
  • Motivated, Self-starter with desire to become expert in their field.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Technical Education/Background.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to build trust and develop relationships.
  • Focussed and Organised.
