Job Responsibilities
- Support offline sales operations in the local market, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and the expansion of market share.
- Conduct market and competitor research across offline retail channels, and provide insights to support channel strategies and promotional plans.
- Assist in managing relationships with key retail partners, ensuring smooth communication and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain, to support product launches, pricing alignment, and in-store promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze offline sales performance, store execution, and customer feedback, and provide data-driven suggestions for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and turn insights into practical actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong interest in consumer electronics, offline retail, and brand development.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship experience in sales, retail, or FMCG/consumer electronics is a plus.
