Role: Account Services Co-ordinator
Reports to: National Account Services Manager
Location: Darlington
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £29,500 per annum
We're seeking an Account Services Co-ordinator to help keep our client projects running smoothly from start to finish while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with our Account Services Manager and collaborating with colleagues across different teams, you'll play an important role in coordinating projects, keeping communication flowing, and ensuring key milestones are delivered on time.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Account Services Manager with client accounts and project delivery
- Coordinate communication across design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams
- Prepare client documentation, proposals, and project reports
- Monitor project timelines, maintain records, and ensure deadlines are met
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed
- Organise meetings, briefings, and site visits while supporting team collaboration
- Track project financial performance, maintain reporting logs, and manage aged debt in line with business guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support efficient service delivery
Who we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years’ experience in client services, administration, or coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Familiar with business systems such as SAP, SAP CX, FSM, or Fusion.
