Account Services Manager - Pharmaceutical SaaS Start-Up

Type: Permanent
Salary: up to £28,000
Start Date: ASAP
Location: 3x Days per week near Cardiff

Panoramic Associates are supporting a SaaS company in the Pharmacy industry in their search for a full-time permanent customer service / account manager.

The role is a blend of Customer Service, Sales, and requires a good level of computer literacy to handle customer queries and onboarding to their system. It would suit someone looking to move from a Pharmacy dispensing assistant role into a more office-based environment, or someone with good customer service experience in similar industries (SaaS, Medical, Pharmaceutical).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client-facing communication with both current clients and prospect clients, inbound mainly.
  • Update and access information in their CRM.
  • Handle customer enquiries & complaints.
  • Understand the products and services available to customers, and provide guidance.
  • Provide guidance and advice to Customers on appropriate products and services.
  • Computer literacy, understanding of internal systems (CRM) and Microsoft (Excel).

Key Skills:

  • Pharmacy knowledge and experience (Ideally, but not essential).
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively whilst under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to be flexible and creative when dealing with Customers.
