Who We Are

adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we’ve connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.

Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they’re actively seeking.

Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness – our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.

The EU Account Management Team

Our European team manages a growing portfolio of enterprise advertisers across multiple verticals and markets. We focus on delivering strong performance against client KPIs while identifying scalable growth opportunities across our network.

The EU Account Management team is responsible for:

  • Retaining and growing revenue across our advertiser portfolio
  • Onboarding and scaling new advertiser launches (currently averaging 4 per month)
  • Ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs quickly and sustainably
  • Driving performance optimisation, testing, and long-term strategic growth
  • Acting as trusted performance partners to our clients

The Role

As an Account Specialist, you will support the EU Account Management team by owning repeatable operational workflows across a portfolio of key advertisers.

This is a graduate-level position designed to build a strong foundation in performance marketing and account management. For the first 12 - 18 months, your focus will be execution excellence, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, pacing is accurate, reporting is clear, and internal processes run efficiently.

You will work across 2–3 Account Managers and report directly to an Account Director (line manager), who will support your development, progression and workload management.

Your work will directly enable senior managers to focus on strategic growth, revenue expansion, and client development as the business scales toward its next phase of growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
