Account Specialist - Randstad Tuition Services
The Position:
The Account Specialist for Tuition Services is responsible for managing a dedicated caseload of pupils and the stakeholders involved in their tuition journey, with the primary aim of ensuring high-quality tuition delivery and maximising the fulfilment of pupil referrals.
You will be expected to manage inbound and outbound communications across various channels (calls and emails) with multiple stakeholders including pupils, workers (tutors), parents & carers, schools, and local authorities. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and effective tuition service, from initial referral to successful completion and follow-up.
Priorities for the Role Include:
- Acquisition and Client Management (Pupil Referral & Stakeholder Management)
- Sourcing and Candidate Management (Tutor Recruitment & Management)
- Team Working & Collaboration
- Administration and Reporting
