The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Account Success, Civil Energy & Environment, this role supports customer adoption, engagement, and long-term success with Seequent solutions. Working with an assigned portfolio, the Account Success Manager helps customers implement, adopt, and realize value from their investment while serving as their primary day-to-day contact.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer stakeholders to support satisfaction, product adoption, and retention.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and training by engaging the appropriate internal resources and tracking outcomes.
- Monitor customer health indicators, product usage trends, and engagement metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Account Managers and Sales and Support team members to support account planning activities.
- Document customer interactions, account updates, and key activities in the CRM system.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to support timely resolution of questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Coordinate technical support escalations by connecting customers with the appropriate subject matter experts.
- Prepare customer usage reports and adoption insights for customer success discussions and reviews.
- Identify expansion and renewal opportunities, communicate them to the Senior Account Manager, and maintain a regular customer engagement cadence.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with the ability to engage credibly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-centric, empathetic approach with proven experience driving customer outcomes and understanding customer challenges and goals.
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving capability, including the ability to anticipate issues and provide effective solutions.
- The ability to develop a strong strategic understanding and broad product knowledge across Seequent’s solution portfolio.
- Technical proficiency sufficient to guide customers, connect multi-product value, and frame solution pathways confidently.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and strengthen complex relationships.
- Strong action orientation, with the ability to drive momentum.
- Excellent organizational capability, with the ability to manage a complex portfolio of accounts and competing priorities.
Additional Information
Hybrid work from the local office 2 days a week and home-based the remainder of the week.
