We're seeking an Account Support Coordinator to join our growing Fulfilment team in Wrangaton

Working with a portfolio of ecommerce and retail customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, resolving queries, coordinating shipments and supporting day-to-day account activity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, logistics, administration or account support experience who wants to develop a long-term career within Account Management.

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting customer accounts and responding to enquiries.
  • Coordinating with Operations, Returns, Finance and Carrier teams.
  • Investigating stock, delivery and shipment queries.
  • Managing returns, claims and service issues.
  • Producing reports and maintaining customer records.
  • Supporting invoicing and account administration.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, account support, administration or coordination.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive, positive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience handling shipments, returns or carrier queries.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as Mintsoft or similar platforms.
  • Experience within ecommerce, fulfilment, third-party logistics, warehousing, distribution or a similar operational environment is desirable.

Additional information

  • Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week
  • Due to the operational nature of the business, additional hours or weekend working may occasionally be necessary.
