We're seeking an Account Support Coordinator to join our growing Fulfilment team in Wrangaton
Working with a portfolio of ecommerce and retail customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, resolving queries, coordinating shipments and supporting day-to-day account activity.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, logistics, administration or account support experience who wants to develop a long-term career within Account Management.
About The Role
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting customer accounts and responding to enquiries.
- Coordinating with Operations, Returns, Finance and Carrier teams.
- Investigating stock, delivery and shipment queries.
- Managing returns, claims and service issues.
- Producing reports and maintaining customer records.
- Supporting invoicing and account administration.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, account support, administration or coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A proactive, positive and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience handling shipments, returns or carrier queries.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as Mintsoft or similar platforms.
- Experience within ecommerce, fulfilment, third-party logistics, warehousing, distribution or a similar operational environment is desirable.
Additional information
- Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week
- Due to the operational nature of the business, additional hours or weekend working may occasionally be necessary.
