Why Join Us
We are currently recruiting for an Account Support Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis at our site in Milton Keynes. The role will focus on managing the high volume of quotes and estimates generated by the client, with the aim of reducing volumes through effective customer engagement. You will support the Account Manager in the delivery of the agreed client contract, ensuring service performance is maintained and all KPIs are achieved.
What You'll Be Doing
- Actively review quotes/estimates raised by the client for approval, ensuring communication with branch managers to seek approval for site-specific requirements.
- Support the management of the CE process.
- Act as the point of escalation on behalf of the client, ensuring SLAs are delivered and aligned with the contract agreement.
- Review outstanding work order volumes and manage outstanding tasks.
- Influence and work with client representatives to develop a culture of continuous improvement and build effective relationships.
- Chase and escalate work order volume-related issues through to resolution with suppliers.
- Manage communication between clients and suppliers.
- Support the wider team on an ad hoc basis and, subject to training, assist with system and data changes during periods of peak demand.
- Support the creation of reports to monitor quote spend with clients and demonstrate supplier spend.
- Identify and highlight trends, including high levels of quote/estimate rejections for specific contractors.
- At the end of each month, support the provision of a detailed breakdown of work order spend relating to approved and paid quotes/estimates.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

What We're Looking For
- Proactive self-starter.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business.
- Strong numeracy skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and other data analysis tools.

- Salary: up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
- 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
