Account Technology Specialist
We are looking for an Account Technology Specialist to join our EMEA Solutions Delivery & Partnerships organisation.
In this role, you will function as a trusted technology advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping them align their technology strategy with wider business objectives. You will shape technology direction, guide AI-driven digital transformation initiatives and ensure our clients realise measurable business value from their technology investments.
If you are passionate about using technology strategy to drive tangible business outcomes, we would be keen to hear from you.
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to be in the office and/or attending client visits three days per week as part of your responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Influence and shape customer technology strategy, aligning business priorities, transformation objectives and technology investments to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders (including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and CISOs), building executive relationships that influence technology direction and long-term transformation plans.
- Lead strategic technology advisory engagements, translating customer challenges and ambitions into actionable roadmaps, transformation initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Own the commercial decision while influencing technology decisions, working closely with Solution Architects to ensure solutions align to customer requirements, business value and strategic objectives.
- Drive opportunity creation and pipeline growth by converting technology strategy and advisory engagements into qualified opportunities, consumption growth and sustainable revenue.
- Develop compelling business cases and value propositions that clearly articulate the business impact of technology investments and support customer decision-making.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems, aligning sales, architecture, delivery, customer success and partner resources around common customer outcomes.
- Shape and execute account growth strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, renewal and increased adoption based on a deep understanding of customer priorities and market opportunities.
- Provide leadership across complex strategic pursuits, coordinating stakeholders, shaping the customer value proposition and ensuring successful progression from qualification through to close.
- Ensure strategy is translated into measurable business outcomes by driving deployment, adoption, value realisation and long-term account growth.
- Maintain commercial excellence through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity planning and disciplined execution.
- Champion continuous innovation by maintaining deep expertise across partner technologies, emerging AI capabilities and industry trends, and by sharing best practice across account and specialist teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
