We are now hiring an Accountancy & Finance Recruiter to join our Glasgow team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an established desk, supporting clients while building your own A&F market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and developing your own Accountancy & Finance recruitment desk.
- Partnering with clients across industry, commerce, and professional services.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across qualified and part-qualified finance roles.
- Delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Building a strong candidate network within finance.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring trends and market conditions.
