We are now hiring a Public Practice Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established desk, supporting clients while building your own specialist practice market.

- Building and developing your own Public Practice recruitment desk.
- Partnering with accountancy firms across Scotland and the wider UK.
- Managing recruitment across audit, tax, and advisory roles.
- Delivering high-quality shortlists for qualified and senior-level mandates.
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Building a strong candidate network within Public Practice.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring trends and market conditions.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in recruitment or accountancy/practice preferred.
- Strong interest in the Public Practice market.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
