Caroola Accountancy, part of the Caroola Group, specialises in providing accountancy services to contractors, self-employed professionals, and small businesses.
With offices located in Blackpool and Warrington, we are continuing to grow and have exciting plans for the future. To support this growth, we are looking to recruit an Accountancy Sales Advisor to join our successful sales team.
This is a hybrid role based from our Blackpool office, focused on converting warm online leads into new clients.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of new enquiries, leads, and opportunities.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries via telephone, email, web forms, live chat, and other online channels.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their accountancy and business requirements.
- Qualify enquiries and identify suitable accountancy service solutions.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls and communications to progress leads through the sales journey.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and provide a professional customer experience.
- Prepare and present service recommendations and quotations where appropriate.
- Take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful sale closure.
- Accurately record all activity, conversations, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Maintain regular contact with open leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, and outstanding opportunities in a timely manner.
- Achieve agreed sales, conversion, and activity targets.
- Work closely with internal accountancy and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.

Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a sales, telesales, business development, or account management role.
- Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and prioritise workload.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
- Confident in closing sales and overcoming objections.
- Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Good written communication skills for email and online enquiries.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and opportunities.
- Knowledge of accountancy, payroll, contractor, or professional services sales is desirable but not essential.
