Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Review and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Monitor financial transactions and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist in audits.

Profile
A Successful Accountant Should Have
- A qualification or part-qualification in accountancy (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Experience or Involvement in P&L.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £34,000 to £36,500, dependent on the level of experience.
