Salary - Circa £60,000 per annum D.O.E.
Are you a qualified accountant, looking for the next step in your career to grow into a future financial leader of a business?
Prince Personnel are working with a well-established business, based in Oswestry, who are looking for a fully qualified Accountant to join their finance team. This will be a pivotal role within their finance team where you will get exposure to strategic decision-making and business-wide operations. For the right candidate there is a clear and exciting progression pathway to being a finance leader in their highly successful business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Work closely with department heads to provide financial insight and guidance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement across finance operations

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness. You will be an excellent communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach. We are looking for someone with a desire to develop and take on senior responsibilities and leadership.
