Making compliant tax submissions is essential, but it’s not all we want to be known for. Having a genuine impact on our clients’ business, whilst delivering our promises and exceeding the expectations we set, is a massive part of what we do. We strive to upskill and educate anybody involved with The3Key. From you to our clients, this empowers better decision-making, resulting in a lasting positive impact through our work.
Transparency is evident throughout the whole business. We will be transparent via clear communication; clients and you will, too. This is how The3Key will offer influential end-to-end accountancy and tax services.
We are a young business and a small team; this means improvements are ongoing, so your personality is far more important than any job description. Don’t feel deterred from getting in touch if you don’t meet everything we’ve outlined.
Who are our clients?
Clients span all corners of the creative sector, including designers, photographers, videographers, artists, content creators, and so much more. Their work can be found globally, across industries such as sports, film/TV, music, fashion, food, charity and climate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our clients range from owner-managed businesses to growing teams and, on average, are younger than most accountancy practices, with 44% under 35 and 71% under 40. The nature of our clients helps build less formal, more personable relationships, which is trickier to achieve with client demographics found in most practices.
You’ve likely seen work delivered by our clients. They really are one of a kind, which is a compliment to their skills more than they are ours. It keeps our work enjoyable as we see what projects they’ve worked on over the last quarter.
