Role Summary
The successful candidate will work closely with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial records are accurate, up to date, and supported by effective accounting technology. The role includes bookkeeping, accounts preparation, client support, and promoting digital automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily bookkeeping and ensure client records remain accurate
- Prepare monthly management accounts with clear, meaningful insights
- Produce year-end accounts for a variety of businesses
- Provide responsive Xero and app-based support to clients
- Research and recommend digital tools to improve processes
- Support the firm's social media activity where needed

Ideal Candidate
- Positive, proactive, and a strong team player
- Capable of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence others
- Xero Certified with knowledge of related apps
- At least 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice
- Experience in management accounts, reporting, and finance processes
- Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to deliver excellent service and impress clients
