Role

The Accountant you will work closely with the Finance Director who is all about internal growth and development. Please find a brief outline of the role below:

  • Assist with preparation of monthly management accounting
  • Support financial processes, with primary responsibility
  • Technical accounting
  • Manage the fixed assets register
  • Support Audit
  • Balance sheets reconciliation

Profile

The Accountant for this Private Equity is ideally for the below:

  • ACCA/ ACA Qualified accountant
  • At least a year’s experience with management accountant / financial accountant exposure
  • Financial services background - Ideally Private Equity

The Accountant will report into a hugely impressive Finance Director who you will work very closely with on the day-to-day operations. The Private Equity is looking for someone who’s very tech savvy and the business is looking to automation, and use AI to help improve processes. The Private Equity has year-on-year growth and the reason for this is due to growth.

Salary & Benefits

Salary is benchmarked £70,000 to £75,000 depending on experience. Additionally, they also have an amazing culture and work-life balance and only require you to be in the office 4 times a week and are all about internal progression and growth.
