A well-established and profitable business based in Oswestry as a result of succession planning seek to recruit a talented Qualified Accountant, to join its finance team. This is an ideal role for a first-time mover from practice or someone who trained in practice and already made a move into industry.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a driven and ambitious accountant to play a key role in the financial operations of a market-leading UK organisation. The successful candidate will gain exposure to strategic decision-making and business-wide operations, with a clear pathway toward a future leadership role in finance.

Candidate Profile:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with experience gained from working in practice with exposure to auditing

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Collaboration with departmental heads to provide financial insights and guidance
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements
- Identifying and implementing process improvements within finance operations
