Accountant - Retail Industry
As an Accountant in the retail industry, you'll handle the day-to-day financial tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Based in Worthing, you'll play a key role in managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Description
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, providing insights for decision-making.
- Reconcile accounts and oversee month-end and year-end processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to monitor financial performance.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and systems.

Job Offer
- Salary between £55,000 and £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 10% bonus based on performance.
