Excellent New Opportunity

With this most well-established, expanding, and progressive medium-sized Accountancy Firm, for a qualified, qualified by experience, or finalist CA/ACCA with a minimum of 4/5 years of experience gained working within a similar role in another UK Accountancy Firm.

You will be used to using FRS 102, able to demonstrate good client skills with a 'can do' flexible, commercial approach to your work and interaction with clients. Keen to work more as a Business Advisor to clients and ambitious to further progress and learn.

Main Duties

  • Mainly responsible for year-end preparation and some review- dependent on your level, this can be worked up to with relevant support.
  • Use of FRS 102 for a varied client portfolio- mainly Ltd companies, from a wide range of sectors.
  • Management accounts preparation.
  • Basic tax work.
  • Use of various IT accounts systems, i.e., Iris, Sage, and cloud packages.
  • Coaching and mentoring of more junior individuals in the team.
  • Key role assisting the management team.
  • Full study support and training to complete ACCA Exams if not already qualified.
