Can you work remotely creating PnLs & analysing balance sheets, just a few hours a month to advise and help our small team?
What difference will you make?
This role supports Think Tenacity Events and Free Therapy Team to continue providing FREE counselling and mental health support for our members from the Black community.
This volunteering role will help our nonprofit organisation develop free entry events driving future success for the organisation to educate and raise awareness of Black mental health issues in the community.
What are we looking for?
Skills / Experience
- Minimum three years experience.
- Ability to monitor income and expenditure accurately.
- Experience comparing budgets against actual expenditure.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- High written and verbal communication.
- Ability to stay calm working under pressure.
- Flexible and solution-focused when managing deadlines.
- Must have a proactive approach to share new ideas.
- Self-motivated to work independently and remotely but can adapt to be a team player.
- Ability to use WhatsApp for event team communications.

- Provide accountancy mentorship in a leadership role to support the wider financial management of our Anniversary Event attracting 100 people.
- Create an expenditure to support accurate Grant Budget Monitoring to help provide clear financial weekly reports updates the CEO and Think Tenacity Senior Management Team.
We’re looking for Finance professional who is highly deadline-orientated person to meet team deadlines with minimum 3 years experience in private or public sector? Expected start date First Week In September 2026 (100% Remote Working) using Google Drive and WhatsApp.
