Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Documentation

  • Collecting and processing accounting documents, including invoices and supporting documentation;
  • Recording business transactions accurately in the accounting system;
  • Organising and maintaining accounting records and documentation;
  • Preparing and providing the required documentation to our external accounting firm in a timely manner.

Payroll

  • Recording payroll entries based on calculations provided by the external accounting firm;
  • Coordinating and monitoring salary and tax payments;
  • Maintaining and archiving payroll-related documentation and submitted reports.

Reporting

  • Maintaining accurate accounting records and preparing the necessary information for regulatory and financial reporting;
  • Preparing monthly accounting information for management to ensure accurate reporting on the company's financial performance.

Other Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the external accounting firm and providing documents and information upon request;
  • Supporting the Chief Accountant with additional accounting-related tasks and assignments.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role;
  • Good understanding of accounting processes and financial documentation;
  • Experience working with accounting and financial software;
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility;
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or above;
  • Russian proficiency at Intermediate level or above.
