Role Description
Airswift is seeking applicants for the position of Engagement Manager – Employer of Record (EOR). The Engagement Manager will serve as the main point of contact for existing customer account management matters within Airswift’s EOR team.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide guidance and support to clients ensuring compliance with all international laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Clarify and document client goals, thinking “outside of the box” to deliver solutions.
- Develop an implementation strategy, identifying the tasks that need to be completed.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot, explore options and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Identify and grow EOR opportunities within the region.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Adhere to budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think “outside of the box”.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and develop teams and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong IT literacy.
