PAYE Contract – Accounting Administration Clerk
Location: Harefield
Duration: 3 Month PAYE Contract
Rate: Competitive PAYE Rate
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Administration Clerk to join a major infrastructure project on an initial three-month PAYE contract. Working within the project finance team, you'll support the Financial Controller by ensuring supplier invoices are accurately reconciled and processed, helping maintain robust financial controls across a fast-paced construction environment. Immediate starters are highly desirable.

- Complete three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods received.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
- Raise and amend Purchase Orders within SAP.
- Maintain accurate records of site deliveries.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Project teams.
- Prepare supporting documentation for audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records throughout the project.
Experience Required
- Previous Accounts Payable or Finance Administration experience.
- Experience with invoice reconciliation and three-way matching.
- SAP experience is highly desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy project environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
