  • Analyze financial data and investigate variances, trends, and business performance drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS), internal controls (SOX), and corporate policies.
  • Support audits, statutory reporting, and HQ consolidation requirements.
  • Provide accounting support and guidance to finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Collaborate with outsourced service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure high-quality financial operations.

You Will Bring

  • Relevant finance or accounting experience, ideally gained in a large, complex or fast-paced organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with large data sets.
  • Good systems capability, ideally including Power BI, Power Pivot, dashboards or reporting tools.
  • A proactive and independent personality, with curiosity to improve processes and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to support projects and collaborate effectively.
  • Effective work with both finance and non-finance colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
