Role Description
The Accounting Clerk role at EasyBee Ltd is a remote, contract position focused on day-to-day financial administration. Responsibilities include:

- Recording and reconciling financial transactions
- Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Supporting the preparation and review of basic financial reports
- Ensuring data is correctly entered into accounting software
- Helping monitor expenses and revenue related to cleaning and maintenance services
- Responding to finance-related queries from internal teams
- Supporting month-end tasks
- Following established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and ability to work with digital financial systems.
- Strong Bookkeeping skills for recording, reconciling, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles to support routine financial tasks and decision-making.
- Experience with preparing, reviewing, or supporting Financial Statements and basic reporting.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely with colleagues and management.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role; experience in service or facilities industries is an advantage.
- Relevant certification or coursework in accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred.
