Salary: circa £28,000

Are you someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly?

This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in finance, accounting and financial controls who is looking to build their experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. It would suit someone who enjoys working with detail, analysing information and contributing to high-quality financial reporting and control processes.

A bit about the job:

In this role, you will support a range of day-to-day accounting and control activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciling transactions and assisting with month-end and year-end processes.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business to gather financial information, support financial reporting and help maintain accurate accounting records. Along the way, you will identify and escalate discrepancies, contribute to continuous improvement activities and support the delivery of good customer outcomes through effective financial control and compliance. This is a varied role that offers excellent exposure to accounting, reporting and governance activities within a large, complex organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
