Company Description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Accounting Graduate to join our team based in London, UK. This role is part of our Graduate Program starting on the 5th of July 2027 for 18 Months.

Are you ready to accelerate your career and embark on an exciting journey with the Red Bull Graduate Program in the United Kingdom? Then this is your chance! You'll get the chance to work with our highly professional teams and show us your capabilities, while your delivery and contribution during the program will shape the scope of your future at Red Bull.

In each rotation, you will take ownership of day-to-day tasks, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and learn how accurate, timely accounting enables better business decisions. You will also contribute to improvement initiatives that simplify processes, strengthen controls and make effective use of finance systems and data.

Throughout the programme, you will be supported by the relevant team manager and a Finance sponsor. By the end of the rotations, you will have developed a strong grounding in transactional finance, general ledger accounting, compliance and cross-functional collaboration, providing a solid platform for a career in Finance.

The Graduate Program runs from the 5th July 2027 to 29th December 2028. You must be available for the whole duration of the program. Applications close at 12:00pm on Monday, 26 October. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
