Alongside mentorship and learning experiences, your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as:

  • Support daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, including transaction recording and financial document review, ensuring financial records are accurate and complete.
  • Assist with financial data reconciliation, identify discrepancies and support the investigation and resolution of accounting exceptions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial data and reports using Excel, supporting regular financial reviews and providing data insights for business operations.
  • Support the review and optimization of accounting processes, helping improve process standardization, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with overseas business teams and internal stakeholders to collect financial information, resolve routine accounting issues, and support timely completion of financial activities.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Familiar with basic accounting and bookkeeping requirements, with good logical thinking in financial processing and basic financial risk awareness.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with the ability to support process improvement through data insights; knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Previous finance or accounting internship experience is preferred; Big Four experience or CPA/ACCA background is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, detail-oriented, responsible, and data-sensitive, with strong learning agility and teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
