Work Arrangement
Internship based in Ireland or UK. Outstanding interns will be offered full-time opportunities and permanently based in Ireland after successful conversion. Open to 2026 & 2027 graduates.
Job Description
- Keep the Cash Flow Healthy: Audit logistics & insurance bills, fix errors, and manage AR aging so cash comes in fast and friction-free.
- Work Smarter, Automate Everything: Find friction in our finance processes and help build/implement automated solutions so we can scale without manual headaches.
- Protect the Bottom Line: Monitor contracts, fund flows, and payment data to catch compliance risks early and eliminate the root causes of bad debt.
- Break Down Silos: Partner with Ops, Tech, and Business teams to solve payment roadblocks, share financial know-how, and keep everyone aligned.
- Drive Strategy with Data: Build sharp reports and data models that spot hidden risks, optimize operations, and give leadership actionable insights.

About You
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- Fluent English & Chinese language skills are essential
- Good understanding of European/UK accounting practices and laws - knowledge or experience in other part-time or intern roles is always helpful
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify financial discrepancies, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems, automation tools, or data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information
We're open to applications from Ireland or UK based students and will support any visa requirements if relocation to Ireland is required.
