Accounting Manager

Leading Consumer Business

Competitive Salary + bonus & great benefits

Central London offices – Hybrid working

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consumer business as their Accounting Manager. Sitting at the heart of the finance function, you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting while helping to strengthen controls, improve processes and support the continued evolution of the finance team.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of technical and commercial topics, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional financial reporting.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of core reporting activities while acting as a key point of contact across the wider finance function, supporting everything from statutory reporting and technical accounting to process improvements and business-wide projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
