Accounting Manager | Multi-site Hospitality | West London | £85-90k plus bonus
A global leading retail and hospitality business is looking to recruit an ACA qualified (or equivalent) candidate with industry experience to join its finance function.
Leading a team of 4 you will be tasked with ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts under US GAAP and statutory reporting under IFRS.
This role focuses on managing the annual audit process, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the business with financial insight and guidance to enable informed decision-making.

Main Duties
- Lead the Accounting Team, providing strong technical excellence and delivery of all reporting deadlines and providing insightful analysis and recommendations, while maintaining strong reporting controls.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes under US GAAP
- Own the preparation and filing of UK statutory financial statements under IFRS
- Produce monthly and quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow variance analysis and commentary
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business performance and strategic decision-making

Requirements
You will be ACA qualified (or equivalent) with industry experience in an accounting role.
Consumer experience and US GAAP experience would be desirable.
